Our gammons are dry cured using traditional methods.
This gammon is boned and rolled for easier carving.
They all come from our happy free range pigs where they can forage and root aboot as pigs do best!
They have been enjoying a plentiful diet of apples this autumm.
They are also get fed pellets which are specially formulated to provide them with all the vitamins and minerals they may not get from the ground.
The breed of pigs are oxford and sandy blacks which is a traditional breed which means it is slower growing than conventional breeds.
