All our cattle are born and bred on our family farm in Aberdeenshire, where they are reared on a 100% grass-fed, pasture-for-life system.

 

They spend their lives grazing our fields, enjoying a natural diet and the freedom to grow at their own pace.

We believe good beef takes time. By allowing our cattle to grow naturally, we produce beef with beautiful marbling, outstanding texture and a natural richness of flavour.

 

The result is beautifully tender, succulent beef, whether you're enjoying a simple steak, a traditional Sunday roast or a slow-cooked family favourite.

At Louise’s Farm Kitchen, we believe great food starts long before it reaches the plate. Knowing exactly where our beef comes from — because every animal is born and bred here on our family farm — is something we are incredibly proud of.
