Contract Butchery
We offer a private butchery service to fellow farmers and smallholders.
We process everything in our purpose built butchery unit on our farm just outside Lumphanan, Near Aboyne
We can process beef, lamb, pork, goats and venison.
Bespoke Cutting
Everything is prepared according to your requirements from sizes of roasts
to bespoke cuts.
Freezer ready
Everything is vacuum packed, labelled and boxed ready for your freezers.
Pricing
We charge on a per kg basis for Cattle and Pigs.
For Lambs, Goats and Venison we charge a headage rate.
Cattle and Pigs
Carcass breakdown = £2/Kg per kg of deadweight
OTM Cattle = £1.50/Kg per kilo of meat processed.
Mincing = £1.50/Kg
Burger Making = £3/Kg
Sausage Making = £4/kg
Bacon and Gammon
Curing = £2.50/Kg
Sheep, Goats and Deer
£50/Head
Surcharges may apply for larger carcasses.
