Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our pork is lovingly prepared in our on-farm butchery using traditional, native breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs — often known as the “Plum Pudding” pig for their distinctive colouring.
Slow-grown and reared with care, these heritage pigs are known for their exceptional marbling, depth of flavour, and beautifully tender meat.
