Our Toulouse pork sausages are made in the traditional way using our quality pork and bacon, blended with a carefully balanced mix of garlic, thyme, pepper, and nutmeg for a rich, rustic flavour.
Naturally gluten free, they contain no rusk or bulking agents — meaning more pork and more depth of flavour in every bite. Made using natural skins for that proper, they’re hearty, wholesome, and full of honest ingredients.
Perfect for classic French-style dishes such as a slow-cooked cassoulet, braised with white beans and tomatoes, or simply roasted and served with buttery mash and caramelised onions. They’re equally delicious grilled and paired with lentils, folded through a warming winter stew, or enjoyed in a crusty baguette with Dijon mustard.
