Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, with lambs born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system.
Slow-grown and carefully managed, our lamb develops a natural depth of flavour and fine texture that reflects both the quality of the pasture and the care taken in rearing. This traditional approach produces meat that is tender, well-balanced, and full of character.
Prepared in our on-farm butchery, every leg is handled with care to ensure excellent presentation, consistency, and freshness. From field to fork, we maintain full traceability and uphold the highest standards of welfare and craftsmanship.
