Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, with lambs born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system.

 

Slow-grown and carefully managed, our lamb develops a natural depth of flavour and tenderness that reflects both the quality of the pasture and the care taken in rearing. This traditional approach ensures consistently high-quality meat with real character.

 

Prepared in our on-farm butchery, each rack is expertly trimmed and prepared to ensure excellent presentation and cooking performance.

 

From field to fork, we maintain full traceability and uphold the highest standards of animal welfare and craftsmanship.
