Our pork & leek sausages are made the traditional way, using quality pork and a carefully balanced blend of herbs and spices.

 

Naturally gluten free, they contain no rusk or bulking agents — which means more pork and more flavour in every bite.

 

We combine our pork with leeks and season simply with thyme, sage, pepper, ginger, mace, and nutmeg, they offer a timeless, well-rounded taste with gentle warmth and savoury depth.

 

Made using natural skins these sausages are hearty, wholesome, and packed with honest ingredients — giving you real value and proper quality.
