Our thick-cut, bone-in pork chops are prepared the traditional way and sold in generous packs of two (approximately 500–600g).

Cut from the loin — prized for its tenderness and natural juiciness — these chops offer honest flavour and a proper, hearty texture.

Left on the bone for added depth and succulence, they cook beautifully whether seared in a hot pan, grilled over flame, or roasted in the oven.

A simple seasoning and careful cooking are all that’s needed to let the quality of the pork shine through.

Wholesome, satisfying, and full of character — just as good pork should be.

Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our pork is lovingly prepared in our on-farm butchery using traditional, native breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs — often known as the “Plum Pudding” pig for their distinctive colouring.

Slow-grown and reared with care, these heritage pigs are known for their exceptional marbling, depth of flavour, and beautifully tender meat. Their natural ability to lay down fine intramuscular fat creates pork that is succulent, richly flavoured, and perfect for both slow roasting and everyday cooking.

By butchering on-site, we ensure complete traceability, expert preparation, and the highest standards of freshness. From field to fork, every cut reflects our commitment to animal welfare, traditional farming methods, and outstanding quality.

The result is pork with real character — honest, heritage meat raised and prepared the way it should be.
