We have a typical Arabica from Brazil - Soft and smooth. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry.
 
Since the coffee is dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the cup profile is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.
