Our Brazil Cerrado Swiss Water decaf is from Minas Gerais, the largest coffee producing region in Brazil. The Cerrado refers to the large biosphere consisting of grassy savannah, scrub lands and gallery forest. It is a stunning Brazil coffee with a sweet chestnut aroma and a soft silky body.
 
What is Swiss Water Decaf?
 
The Swiss Water process of removing caffeine is 100% chemical free, using pure water to gently remove the caffeine.
The process removes caffeine via soaking, water extraction and carbon filters. This reduces the loss of organic materials which add to the aroma, taste and flavour profiles created during roasting, without using aggressive chemical solvents and gases in the process.
