Our lamb shoulder, expertly boned and rolled, is a beautifully versatile cut packed with rich, full flavour.
Perfect for a slow-cooked Sunday roast, it becomes meltingly tender when cooked low and slow, delivering succulent, flavour-packed meat that simply falls apart.
Or why not take it in a different direction and make pulled lamb, served with warm flatbreads and your favourite accompaniments?
This is a cut that rewards patience — delivering deep, comforting flavour and a beautifully soft texture every time.
If you would prefer lamb shoulder on the bone, please get in touch and we can also offer this traditional cut.
Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system. This natural, slow growth produces meat with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Prepared in our on-farm butchery, each shoulder is carefully handled to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent eating. From field to fork, we are committed to high welfare, traditional farming, and honest, flavourful produce.
The result is a truly satisfying roasting joint — rustic, rich, and perfect for slow cooking at its best.
