Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system. This natural, slow growth produces meat that is full of flavour, well-textured, and consistently high quality.
Prepared in our on-farm butchery, each chop is carefully cut to ensure freshness, consistency, and full traceability. From field to fork, we are committed to high welfare, traditional farming, and honest, flavourful produce.
