Our Italian Sausages is our signature sausage at LFK.
 
We've combined our pork mince with salt, paprika, fennel, star anise, pepper & chilli flakes for this flavoursome sausage. 
 
It was the first sausages I made myself after completing a 4 day butchery course which is how they've earned the title of our signature sausage. 
 
They are very popular with many of our customers they only contain our pork and list of spices above and are made using natural skins so you get more bang for your buck.
