Our Half Pig Box is a true celebration of nose-to-tail butchery, offering a generous selection of cuts from across the whole animal.

 

It’s the perfect way to fill the freezer while embracing a more traditional, sustainable approach to eating — using and enjoying every part as it was intended.

 

Expertly prepared by our craft butchers, each box includes a balanced mix of roasting joints, everyday staples, and slow-cook favourites:

 

  • A shoulder roasting joint (approx. 2kg) – perfect for slow-cooked pulled pork

  • 8 x Pork Chops

  • A belly of pork (approx. 1kg)

  • 4 x packs of pork mince (approx. 2kg total)

  • 4 x packs of diced pork (approx. 2kg total)

  • 5 x packs of bacon (approx. 1kg total)

  • A leg roasting joint (approx. 2kg)

  • A pack of ribs (approx. 1kg)

  • A pork fillet (approx. 200g)

  • 6kg of sausages – choose from our three flavours

 

From hearty Sunday roasts and crispy crackling to midweek stir-fries, sausages, and slow-simmered stews, this box ensures nothing goes to waste and every cut has its place in the kitchen.

 

With approximately £325 worth of free-range pork in every box, it offers outstanding value while supporting whole-animal butchery and mindful meat consumption.
