Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system. This slow, natural approach produces meat with excellent flavour, texture, and quality.
Prepared in our on-farm butchery, each pack is carefully cut to ensure consistency, freshness, and full traceability.
From field to fork, we are committed to high welfare, traditional farming, and honest, flavourful produce.
