Roaring Stag is run by Ruaridh, whose journey from serving 14 years in the British Army to roasting coffee is rooted in a desire for excellence and meaningful work. Swapping uniform for apron, Ruaridh brings the same discipline, precision, and passion into every batch he roasts.
