Here at Louise’s Farm Kitchen, our lamb is reared on our family farm from our own flock, born in the spring and raised through the seasons on a predominantly grass-based system. This slow, natural growth produces meat that is tender, well-flavoured, and full of character.
Prepared in our on-farm butchery, each chop is carefully cut to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent eating. From field to fork, we are committed to high welfare, traditional farming, and honest, flavourful produce.
