All the lamb in our lamb boxes has been born and reared on our family farm in Aberdeenshire.
The lambs were born in April and are 100% grass fed.
Each lamb is dry-aged for a minimum of a week to enhance flavour and tenderness making it simply devine.
As a guide for how much space you will need in the freezer, you will need two freezer drawers roughly.
Inside each box is packed with:
A whole lamb shoulder boned and rolled (Approximately 1.5 to 2kg)
Three packs of diced shoulder (Approximately 1.5kg)
Lamb Loin Chops (Approximately 2kg)
One Saddle of lamb (Approximately 1kg)
One leg of lamb on the bone (Approximately 2kg)
Gigot Chops (Aprroximately 2kg)
Three packs of Mediterranean Lamb Burgers (Gluten free)
Three packs of our Harrisa Lamb Sausages (Gluten Free)
Three packs of our Shawarma Lamb Sausages (Gluten Free)
Three packs of lamb mince (Aprroximately 1.5kg)
Two lamb shanks (Aprroximately 800g)
We can also cut lamb to your specifications too if you would prefer to place a bespoke order.
We should be able to fulfil most orders for this box week to week but it is advisable to get your orders placed in advance to guarantee this and avoid any disappointment.
