Our Italian Sausages proudly hold the title of LFK’s signature sausage. They were the very first sausages I made myself after completing a four-day butchery course — and they’ve been a customer favourite ever since.
 
Made using our quality pork mince and blended with salt, paprika, fennel, star anise, pepper, and chilli flakes, they deliver a beautifully balanced flavour. The gentle warmth of the spices and subtle sweetness of fennel create a rich, aromatic sausage with real depth and character.
 
Containing only our pork and the carefully selected spices listed above — with no unnecessary fillers — and made using natural skins, these sausages are hearty, honest, and full of flavour.
