Our pork chops come in packs of 2 and are approximately 500 to 600g
 
They are thick cut and come with the bone in.
 
They are cut from the loin of the pig, where the meat is tender and juicy.
 
Why not marinade them overnight, sear them in a pan then cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
